It is very important to us that your family pet has an enjoyable experience whilst in our care, we adhere to and up-hold the five animal’s needs, which means that your
beloved pet always comes first. Our salon has been independently inspected and approved. I have put together a team of highly dedicated and experienced groomers that pride them-selves in making sure your dog looks his/her best.
The time your dog spends with us will vary on the trim you have discussed, the size and coat type, but also age and temperament is taken into account. Your dog’s welfare is most important to us. A thorough health check is carried out before any GROOMING WORK is undertaken.

Full Groom Clipping
Styling bathing your dog’s coat by clipping is popular for all breeds. We can clip according to your requirements. Each clip style will be tidied up with the scissors to give even cleaner finish. We recommend a ‘clipped’ every 6-8 weeks with the owner brushing regularly in between visits.
Scissoring
Scissoring is a specialist technique needing an expert hand,shaping and sculpturing the coat in to your desired style, scissoring is a time consuming procedure which can reflect in the price. Ideal for curly coats, such as Poodles, Bichon Frise and cross breeds i.e. cockapoo’s or cavashons we recommend a ‘scissored’ every 4-6 weeks with the owner brushing regularly in between visits.
De-shed
Double undercoated breeds can shed heavily during different seasons. Our de-shedding treatment can reduce this procedure in turn providing healthier skin and coat growth. This treatment can also be provided for short coat breeds.
Border Collies, German Shepard’s Huskies, Pugs to name but a few.
Bathing/Grooming
Dog bathing in our electric baths, using an appropriate hypoallergenic shampoo that is kind to your dog’s skin and a conditioner as necessary or requested.
Drying – each dog is dried to best their breed and coat type using our top of the range professional dryers whilst gently using brushes/combs and comforting snoods to reduce noise from the dryers, this helps remove any remaining loose hair.
We also offer this as a wash and go service in between your full grooms are great for keeping the coat in tip top condition.
De-matting
From time to time if your dog has got matted a total shave off may have to be done. This could uncover a number of issues that may not show up when you first arrive at the salon i.e. hot spots or red sore skin. You must be aware that on exceptional knotted area’s the skin becomes thin due to lack of blood supply and may become irritable after being groomed. This sometimes will not show up before your dog leaves the salon photos will be taken during this process and will be held as proof for up to five days.
Puppy Package
All puppies need to get used to being groomed as soon as possible, to help them deal with noise, people and all the new sensations they haven’t yet experienced – and to help them blossom into “ well behaved fur babies”.
So grooming your puppy as soon as possible after his or her vaccinations is an ideal way to help with their “puppy socialization” and getting them used to the sights, sounds and smells of the dog grooming alon! It’s also of course the best thing for puppy’s coats as it grows into adulthood, to have been groomed properly from an early age.
Starting your beloved dog grooming path off correctly is something I hold dear to my heart is most important . (Bathing/grooming, cutting nails under feet and trim over eyes only).

Exact price will be given before any work is carried out ,telephone quotation’s will only be given as a guide and may have to alter if your pet needs more attention either due to being knotted, old or nervous your beloved fur baby is individual and every trim varies to suit your pets welfare needs.
