Covid-19
Your safety and our staff are very important to us, so we now comply with the Covid-19 regulations. We have put protocols in please to keep social distancing to 2 meters.
Please try to keep to you timed appointment.
1. Upon arrival only enter the salon if it is empty, if not please wait outside until the salon becomes empty.
2. Your fur-baby can either be put on the loop lead provided that is attached to a hook on the wall, or be put into the cage in the front of the salon.
3. Please take your collar, harness and lead with you (remember to bring it back with you upon collection).
4. Please then step behind the hazard tape in front of the counter.
5. Mark will collect your fur-baby and discuss your grooming requirement’s at a distance.
6. The counter now has a Perspex Screen for your safety and out staff.
7. Card Payments or Cash is welcome.
8. We will either give you a time to collect your fur-baby or we will ring you to give you a time, please try and keep to your time given as this helps with the process.
